Designed neatly under the fir forest in Summit Park, this Passive House inspired home accommodates a wonderful little family of five. Located adjacent to endless acres of open space filled with biking trails and backcountry ski access, this basecamp allows year round recreational access and entertaining opportunities. Vertically set, and stepping up the mountain in efficient style, the home’s massing staggers its way up the steeply wooded hillside, and is clad in vertical varying width dark cedar to reflect the massive trees.
